Problem with Cleanfiles approval!

Hi everyone, i'm a newbie about to start with Cleanfiles. But my problem is approve my account. I finished 2 first steeps and waiting for approval, but it take me 2 week until now i don't receive any mail from cleanfiles. Anything wrong, I try a promote code "B H W 2013"
Anybody can help me?
