I tried to create account from Canada e no way. My friend (living in canada) created it successfully. Another friend created the account in Italy and another one couldn't do it in USA.

So i think it's not country related but totally random. They are limiting the accounts for some reason.

Its strange. Also tried with private proxy and different computer but still the same.

From Estonia, having the same problem. Has anyone actually been contacted once they tell you you're account is under review?
