Even I think the website must have some page speed loading issues. Other than that I find no reason why your website is not cached. Or try making your content a bit unique.

I am working on its SEO part. Its going great. Ranking was also good. Many of its keywords were on Second and third page. But all in sudden escaped.

It's not related to cache.
However, I found quite a few LQ pages indexed. Duplicate slugs and content. You might want to clean that up.

My initial report show few errors - you have around 10 too long page titles - biggest problem, 19 duplicate page titles - another problem, 133 empty alt text on images, 2 duplicate meta descriptions, 1 too long meta description,
Also low amount of content.
Can't really help until I see dashboard and stuff. And this report is not god given so take it with ease...
