Some freelancer has not just cheated Copyscape but also you. He has used special characters replacing the normal characters which look exactly similar to eyes but not to the computer processor. Get back your money from him... Call PayPal immediately.
He has used someone's article's copy but has changed some characters to those special characters and made the article look unique while it absolutely wasn't -- ethically...

Its pointless because then the article wont be unique, basically a copied article. Needs totally re-written

Not a way I know of to replace the chars. You should get the article done again.
Even if you replace those chars, it will turn into a perfectly duplicate article so no use replacing those characters....
Get refund and expose him on the other forum.... DP?

You are talking about encoding, there was a piece of software called article buddy that did it, basically you added a plr article and using encode it would change the article just for google, however google is wise to this now and these articles didn't work on some mobiles. Best to forget doing this sort of thing, if you paid for the article and he wont give you a refund just rewrite it manually and put it down to experience, we've all been there. Best to go with a proper writering service like the ones on BHW or iwriter for example, or even better write them yourself. No quick shortcuts i'm afraid

It's better to remove this article from your website as soon as possible. you should also expose the person who scammed you so that no one else can get victim of scam by that person. if you have paid via PayPal ask for refund.

pointless to have a copied article, spin it a bit, use different words, come on man google is not going to like this at all
