Problem with Amazon Affiliate

First I encounter a problem in Amazon because they said that my account was closed already.


So, I registered another account but I can't proceed because I stuck on Website and Mobile App List. I think I cannot register Amazon because I am from Philippines?

Do you know why Amazon your account?
Eveyone can apply to join Amazon.
 
You're stuck on that page. Where is the problem? Enter your website and proceed. If you keep getting an error, you can contact them to solve the issue.
