Problem with adword

contact support, the account may be under review which can stop ads for a day or two.

contact their support or post in their adword forum.
many time they suspend adword ads due to use of promotional code or other reasons.

I dont know why I get this problems when I use real biling info and for every account new ip. How do people create real accounts and how do they advertise on adwords? Google's help center told that reason is that account is under review but when I try old accounts I have same problems...
I think the issue is with the account type. What are you promoting anyway? I'd like to know whats triggering the review for you.

When You add keywords, Take a Look To the Estimation of Imps and Clicks you will be getting for the present CPC and Budget!

Your ad may have triggered off for a "human inspection"
All ads are checked automatically by a bot and if you have something out of place it will report back placing your ad into a human approval list.
This (in most cases) can be caused by Spelling and Grammer;
"Ad text must be in logical sentence or phrase form. This includes using grammatically correct spacing between words and around punctuation. Ads must contain correct spelling.
The only exceptions are commonly misspelled words or spelling variations that the majority of users would recognize and understand."
Other possible causes of human approval are:
Inacurate and unclear ads,
Inappropriate Language,
Prices, Discounts and free offers,
Spacing,
Gimmicky use of text,
Trademarks and competition.
