Problem with ads. Please help

Hello to all !

I have news website and I'm using a plugin to import new posts to FB page.
Problem is in that plugin enters is counted each time (for each post) and making ads impressions.
Because of this my eCPM is lowering.

I need help to block ad showing on ip or the country.
