Problem with AB Hosting

Hello,

Is there some one else having problems with AB hosting since few days?
Some of my website are down, and I cant access to any of my cpanel since many days....not very practical.

Message error is: Action Failed Unable to auto-login. Please contact support.

Tried to open a ticket but it stays without answers...

So does someone ecountered same issues and did you managed to solve it??

have you tried maybe emailing the sales email to see if that gets you a response? If not I hope you have a back up so you can just move on.
 
AB hosting is dead long back. I guess you had uploaded the websites when their support was active, but from past 6 months or even more when every I try to install something, say WP I was getting that error and I tried to contact them and got tired, so left them alone.

If possible, backup your data and move somewhere else. You won't get any help from them anymore.

I managed to back up my main website, but unfortunately one server is down and I cant access the backend to back it up....
I sent a PM here to the guy which was selling them, I m sure he read the messages cause he was last connected at the exact same time I sent PM.

It is sad that things are like that, I mean if your service is dead it is understable but dont let the website up, take the payment of people and propose a bad service

Still down and no answers neither by their sale email, neither here.

Should the admins maybe take away this site from the market place to avoid other cases like that as everyone seems to notice same issues lately?
