Problem With a Ranking Website.

Hi Guys

The problem is that although the site is ranking well, then majority of the traffic is being blocked by an AV program. Is there anyway to get to the good side with them again or do somesort of a cleanup ? Because changing the domain is not an option.

Yes. Ive done all the changes and so far what ive red is that they do not reconsider. Hence im turning for blackhat advice. I will in parallel ofcourse try to negotiate.
 
I have ahd this before where a site has been infected with malware, if you remove it Im sure there is a link to follow or something and you can inform google, they should remove the wanring - Actually I think last time for me it happened automatically.

Are you SURE the malware is gone? Normally along with that warning it will give you some indication of what the malware is and how to detect it...
 
Google i think does not have anything to do with it, its by the anti.v program.
 
I had this once for a site. removed the malware and it went away.

Took around a month to go away.
 
You gotta contact the antivirus company. This is being done on their end, there's nothing black hat you can do.
 
Yes they do tend to prevent hacking related sites, but it all depends upon individual settings. I doubt there is much you could do about it.
 
make sure to protect your site properly. if its wordpress add some security plugin.

First of all remove all malware on your site and then contact AV support to be removed from the listing.
P.S. Also keep in mind that your website ip can we in a blacklist, so domain change can't resolve the problem

if ip is in blacklist you can contac the provider to remove it... happens with me many times but after contacting within 2-5 days it gets removed.
 
The issue does seem to be involved with the fact that the hosts provided IPs are blacklisted . Atleast it might be one considerable factor. Can anyone suggest a fast responding provider who could set me up with new IPs and NS ? Someone whos relatively reliable and has a good clean IP pool ?
 
It seems the new NS and Ips didnt work...
 
Just count upon the people who do not have such a program to prevent access to your website.
 
The two things you have to check first:
One is Maleware and another is Hacking your website.
