HI, I just started on ebay, have 100% 15 positive feedback, but one month ago one buyer send message to me, and said that he want money back because they did not receive Item, but after buying left only 19 days, and I told him that shipping will take 10-21 days,So we wait few days, track number did not show full information, and I refund him without disput, but I did not receive item back to me, and on Post office in my country says that parcel were taken mounth ago by buyers, but few days ago he answered that he did not receive item ever, so what to do next how I can back money??? buyers have 1200 positive feedback, sorry for my English
