Problem With 1dollar-webhosting.com Web Hosting Providers..?

I have hosting account with these guys and they suspended my account and its been two days but the support team is not replying. Now please tell me what to do any suggestion...?

I suggest you give up on them. On the other hand, maybe they are not replying due to the suspending situation. Perhaps they don't consider it worth their time to respond to you. Have you been a very bad boy? x)

They said last time two days ago that they suspended my services due to spam but I asked where or how they are not replying. I don't want my services to be reactivated at least I want my data backup.

Were they right? Did you spam? Check their Terms of Service. You know, all that sh!tty smallprint nobody ever wants to read Probably mentions they can suspend your account upon suspicious activity and all your rights to access your data instantly getting flushed down the toilet. Though they probably mention that in a more neat way than I just did

No I haven't spammed even its been at least a week I haven't logged in to my cpanel also.

You could try contacting them yet again and telling them that. Maybe someone hacked your account. If they look at their records and see activity from a totally different IP than usual, that could explain a lot.

On the other hand...we're talking about a $1 host here...it's like complaining the service at McDonalds is bad...you get what you pay for (though there are relatively good $1 hosts, this does not seem to be one of them).

I doubt you'll be getting your data back. Was it that important?
I suppose there's also an important lesson for you to learn here. Make backups. And I don't mean use a backup option a lot of hosts offer, I mean download a full backup of your site every now and then and store it on your PC.

I am planning to have hosting plan from same company , can you please tell, what happed to your account ? Did they reply to you ?
