i've followed plenty of methods from people who have eBay/paypal account creation guides. following them to a T.
All fresh info, fresh IP, fresh everything.
eBay account gets phone/email verified. let it age and pretend to be a buyer to aqcuire cookies. then after some time, put my first listing. When you put your first listing up eBay ask you to verify your identity. which is done and everything is correct, but they give me "unable to verify" error and the account is toast
Same for PayPal. Make a PP with no issues. then later when try to upgrade to Business acc, it gets automatically limited
It was never like this before, it was fairly easy/simple to create these accounts. all you had to do was make sure not to get too many sales too quickly, or they'll ask for documents/receipts and all of that
But now it's difficult to even get a fully verified account set up. I see there is people still using eBay and selling accounts. But I'm unsure how. Is there something I'm missing?
