Problem verify my paxum account

I sent paxum my passport, Id and driver license but I'm still in unverified status.
because I have to send them my an adress proof. of course I also sent that but they said that because it is written in Arabic I need to go to a lawyer to validate the documents.
This is just insane! What can I do?

Although, try to talk to technical support, explain the whole situation again. Have you tried writing in support?

it's not insane but expensive request . international driver license should have english address .

I allready sent couple of emails but they inssist on address written in Latin letters. My passport is in english but that isn't enough for them.

I sent them my international driving license but they rejected it because there isn't any address in it.

I'm afraid in that case you'll have to do what they say. Go to a lawyer to validate the documents. There is probably no other way out unfortunately
