I search my website XXX.com on website named statscrop.com. which syas that your seo is bad because XXX.com and www. XXX.com are showing the same page. If duplicate content in seach index can hinder your pages' performance in search results. As a result, the ranking of the site may suffer, or the site might be removed entirely from the Seach index, in which case it will no longer appear in search results..

anyone can help me step by step how to settle this problems ?

    ty..

You have to redirect all non-www to www url. You can search it in google and place this code in your web.config or .htaccess

If you have a html site, you can use htaccess to redirect the www to non www or vice versa. Or this can also be done using php. And if you are using any CMS, there might be plugins or scripts already which does this for you.

If you still have questions, do ask.

Via FTP download the file .htaccess in the root of your website and edit it with an HTML editor.

Put inside this lines of code:

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^yourdomain.com [NC]
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.yourdomain.com/$1 [L,R=301]

    save and upload it again.

this code will redirect all the non www request to the www also is a 301 redirect so it preserve all the link juice of your link to the non www
