Problem transferring my Scrapebox from my PC to new VPS. Please help.

Earlier this morning I set up a VPS for Scrapebox. I uploaded it to my new VPS and sent the email to have my subscription transferred over. I have emailed twice and double checked throughout the day to see if the subscription on the VPS has been activated but I haven't heard back. I have had great customer service and my original activation was done in 20 minutes. On top of that all of my emails have been answered in less than an hour. So I wanted to know if anyone could help me get this activated. I just checked and the subscription on my PC is not even working so I think that they are doing something to activate it.

Please help me I would appreciate it. Thanks
