PRoblem seding emails lately

My email lists have been working perfect for years now all of a sudden I get not I am sending spam or too much bouncebacks.....
My email list is from double optin only, meaning they all subscribed to my site and confirmed it
Still my host tells me I am getting too much bouncebacks or sending spam....

There seems to be so much new regulations....I cant even import my list to mailchimp, it is getting flagged for some reason...
What to do? Stop sending emails and just give up?

Yes, your email could be flagged, but still, there should be some reason behind it, like if some user reported one of your emails, or if many users marked messages as spam and moved them to that folder. I would maybe check messages once again and see if they sound too generic, as it seems like you should modify them a least a bit. This would also be good as it could serve as some kind of testing of different variables to determine why this drop-down started.
