Problem on youtube

i have problem on youtube

I was uploaded videos after edit it for blackhat nich was not removed quickly .. but now does not complete 10 minutes and removed ..
I use pva account ...
There are people using the same nich and uploaded many videos and not deleted .. questioned in the beginning they flaggers but not one person they were about three people proportion to the number of sites links on videos ...

They probably have aged accounts. Do they all have links in their description?

No it's new account this person made many account in day ..
Yes i put my link but i try change it and delete it .. but same resulte .. delete videos

Dont upload the same video that is getting removed, try not using blacklisted words in your Title, Description or tags.
Use a completely new IP and try uploading videos again

i try uploaded different videos but same result .. removed videos .

i think this persons flaggers ??

AS socialmediapro mentioned above that your using video that have been previously banned by Youtube and/or using banned keywords.You have been autoflagged by
Youtube spam detection algorithm it bans even if your video is unlisted.
