Problem Mini Xrumer Mail settings

I use Mini Xrumer but I have a problem withe Mail settings

I configure it with these informations of my Gmail account :

Email : my email gmail OK
POP3 Server : ?
POP3 user : ?
POP3 Password : ?
POP3 port : ?

What is POP3 user ? Is POP3 Password the password of my Gmail account ?

pop3 user is your userid (gmail user name) and password is your gmail password
