Dear,

I am having trouble logging into my Outlook account. After following the standard login procedures, I receive an error message that says “too many requests” or a similar notification, which seems to be related to new security rules or restrictions imposed by Outlook.

I have tried following the instructions provided, such as clearing my browser cache, using a different browser, or waiting for a certain amount of time, but the problem persists.

Please help me by guiding me through the steps needed to resolve this issue or to understand if there is any specific table/guideline that I need to follow to meet the new platform requirements.

Thank you for your help!

Its happened when someone know your password, Did you tried with other device and network, Sometime using mobile network can fix this error, And when you use outlook, don't keep login option as password. Remove only password login option from your account. Allow 2fa security to login your account.

Try waiting 24h, clear cookies, or use incognito. If still stuck, switch IP/network or use the Outlook app. Last option: recover via Microsoft support.

Using a fresh browser profile with no saved passwords worked for me after multiple failed tries

The “too many requests” error means Microsoft flagged unusual login activity. Best fix is to wait several hours, then log in from a stable device and network without switching IPs. If it continues, use the account recovery page to re-verify, or contact Microsoft Support to reset the restriction.

Too many requests” means Outlook flagged your logins. Wait a day, try with a clean IP/device, then enable 2FA. If it stays blocked, only MS support can clear it.

Outlook blocks logins after too many attempts wait 12–24h, try with a clean IP/device, clear cookies, then enable 2FA. If it stays blocked, only MS support can reset it.

i'll suggest you to use browser like Gologin. You can get unlimited new chrome profile and be sure to use good proxy/ip.

yeah the new Outlook login rules are annoying: multi-factor, device checks, weird blocks if you change device/ip too quick. what i found: login from trusted device first, complete all security steps like MFA, recovery email, then use proxy only when account looks stable. patience helps.

Your pc or browser is flagged that is why you get that message. Happen to me too but once i change the device and use mobile network it worked again so you may need to either wait or change device/network

You can look into using an anti-detect browser with a new IP address via proxy. Another thing you can do is just clear the browser cache and do it that way.
