It seems that your theme archive is either corrupt or compressed with maximum compression level.
Try to extract theme archive using WinRar or other archiver to a local directory/folder then rezipped with zip extension with normal compression level.

You can do as BugFixed suggests and download the file to your local pc and unzip it there. Then you don't even need to rezip it, just upload the theme to your themes directory. Then go into the wp dashboard, go to themes and the theme should be there ready to activate.

Once I had similar error and i did exactly what GreyWolf suggested and it worked great. Just unzip/rar the content and then copy the folder into your wp-content themes folder ond the server

Ok SO i tried what you guys said.
    -Download the theme
-Extracted the folder on my desktop
-and then tried to copy/past in my Theme folder FTP (nothing)
-I .rar the extracted file and then tried to load it from inside WP (error)
"Incompatible Archive. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature"

    -Tried loading FTP and nothing
    I get this

The File Manager does not support extracting this type of archive.

    any ideas guys :(

    thanks

WP won't read .rar archived files.
After you extracted your theme on your PC/laptop, just upload that folder via FTP to your WP theme directory.

Let say that your folder is C:\temp\mytheme
-. Run your ftp client, f.i, FileZilla.
-. Connect your server and point to /public_html/wp-contents/themes
-. drag folder containing your theme ( "mytheme" in my example) on local PC to your site directory
    Finish
Check your theme on your WP dashboard.
The new theme should be shown there.
