Problem in sending Money Directly from PAYPAL(INDIA)...

Hi

I am in a process of reselling a service. The service provider told me to get orders and to forward the sales money to his account.I am planning to sell through PayPal, In India PayPal won't allow to send money directly from PayPal account.It should be routed to My bank A/c and then I can send the money to the service provider. If i get the money credited to my account I need to show/pay tax for that money.I am only going to get very small amount of cut from that sale. So paying tax for the full amount is not possible.How can I overcome this issue. Is there any other way?

you have no limitS?
 
You can open the new paypal account in different country like USA, however you need Verification but you can easily find here on this forum, some of the guys selling.
 
use entropay vcc to send money through paypal.


1.deposit money on entropay vcc
2.verify the cc which entered on paypal.cc should be from entropay (vcc )
2.send money through vcc.

If I open an account in PayPal USA won't there will be problem while I am transferring money to my Indian bank Account?

As per your reply, I should ask the customers to Pay the amount to my entropay VCC, from my VCC I should pay the Service provider whom I am reselling via PayPal. Isn't it?

Update: Just now visited the entropay site.They charge for 1.95% for merchant payment collection and $6 for transfer to credit card or debit card. Customer also has to 4.5 % to charge the VCC. I don't think its viable for me.

From indian paypal, u can only receive, so receive the money to your a/c from paypal.
To send the money use the above steps as i said, send money through VCC
 
Do as anilpendu said, or just find a partner that can receive/send funds through paypal.
