Problem: How to Generate FB App Installs. Reward Available.

Working on a struggle.
We're trying to launch Townhang.com, which is a website to organize real-life hangouts with new people and it uses Facebook Connect for login.
Unfortunately... We just can't crack how to generate App Signups. Can someone help?
