[Problem] Facebook Page> Invite E-mail contacts, nothing happens!

Hi fellas,

Being an affiliate manager and promoter of a healthy product, i tried to upload our 5000 client's email addresses to facebook, so we could invite them to socialise with us.

However, as soon as i upload the email addresses to facebook, it throws up a box with some email IDs to be ticked and only 2 buttons - Preview and Cancel.

When i tick all the email IDs and click preview, the window closes and nothing happens, nobody receives an invite.

When i tick just 1 or 2 and click preview, the invite goes.

Any idea?

I'm sure this is amazing way to establish social media presence, specially if you got really genuine mailing list, you can now juice it in Facebook to get viral..

So yea, thats a good technique,, BUT ITS NOT WORKINNNN! :p

shites.. i do remmeber it workin sometime back though..
i guess maybe facebook has profiled you/me as a serial spammer then hehe.. n acting sly on us
 
IT WORKS!

I had to visit my page as a user (ofcourse admin account), but not switch to page account.
then i can invite successfully.
tried a list 1000 it worked.

Well a few years back i was able to invite 1000s of people in my niche to my page and actually got a huge page with 5000+ people innit..wonder why u say it doesnt work anymore... perhaps they are policing it, but no reason for them to be sly about it.. perhaps it will b fixed soon

on second thoughts, every tom dick n harry who has a mailing list must b sticking it into the facef*ckd page these days.. specially after they did those horrible updates last year which made the reach of groups quite lame compared to pages..
so yea mail servers of FB itself might be getting overloaded and refusing more shit to flush..but they should inform us and not just a blank box like how it happens now :P

has anybody gotten this to work? I tried the other day with 600 emails but I swear nothing was sent out. I retried with just two emails uploaded (one mine) and it still did not work.
 
Never worked for me . I tried this sometimes with legit email list but not a single response from any of my list . it will be a great way to get new fans but fb is showing something & doing something else. FB already got a huge database then why they are trying to steal their member's email list. I was just wondering so . I know the sounds like a mad but what will be other reason of it? any single answer?
They got all best coder with them , if they want they can easily fix the problem up but they are not attending on it . by the way sorry for bad English .
