Problem Connecting Accounts Through FollowLiker

I purchased 5 virgin instagram proxys and a vpn as well as igerslike. I created 5 accounts using Igerslike using a separate proxy for each account. I then added a couple images and a profile picture to each account using the same proxys used to create the accounts.

I'm trying to connect these accounts to FollowLiker, but I keep getting the error: "Last response code: 407 -> reset was received from instagram"

I'm checking the activity log and this is happening on all 5 accounts. What's going on? Are my Ips flagged already?
