    Hi all!

I changed my SEO plugin a few weeks ago from All In -One to Yoast´s plugin, and I decided to change as well my permalinks format from this:

    mysite.com/888/new-post/

    to this one:

    mysite.com/new-post/

So I wrote a few posts and then I realized that the new plugin changed the permalinks from the old posts, so the backlinks they had now are pointing to an URL that doesn´t exist anymore. I tried to change the permalinks manually, but the plugin doesn´t let me insert the slash. Is there a away to change that using code? or should I create pages with the old URL and redirect them to the new one?

Use "simple 301 redirect" (free plugin) or anything else to 301 redirect the old urls to the new one for each articles - problem solved :)
