problem buying a domain!

Hey, i am trying to buy a new domain from solvps.com , when i add the domain to my cart and add my information, provided that my country isn't available , so when i choose a different country and proceed to checkout they say: oops, maxmind Error Your order has been submitted for manual review, because our screening process has determined that your order is at risk for one or more of the following reasons:
is there any way to buy from this site and avoid this problem ?
please if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated

Why don't you contact their support team and check with them what is going on?
 
maybe they detected your ip address that you are using usa as country while you are in canada
 
my country isn't listed, so i have to choose another country, so what do i have to do now ?
 
Contact Customer support. I doubt anyone will give you competent answer over here.
 
i contacted the support with no answer, is there anyway to bypass this country issue ?
 
I think is always a better to have your domain registered with a different company that the one you're using for hosting.
If you have a problem with one of them, the other service isn't compromised.
