problem adding card to Advertising Account

What's the location that you accessed from? I believe certain countries have a higher probability of getting flagged on FB.

What is the error you are facing

If your ad account is disabled, you need to replace a new payment card or you can add a payment method to your ad account from your mobile device
 
the problem is quite stressful at this point, we have tried many different cards and there are some cards that can get through the error but it takes quite a while
 
You should create a campaign from a post on your page. Then there should be an option to add a card. Try that method and see.
 
When you add a card to your account, the Account is restricted immediately?
 
Facebook scans for unusual cases a lot now. Buy accounts that were created months ago to use.
 
Try it on another browser or device and try not using VPN/proxy when adding the card to see if it works.
 
This problem occurs all day haha, the new account with poor quality or the card with no clean info will get you into this trouble. Let use clean card with enough information adding into good account will get you at least verify time and using it immediately without holding.

can you post a specific image?.there are quite a few bugs with the card lately and the fixes are different
