mail-tester.com updated their rules recently?
This is strange, this smtp server is recently established, I test email message before sending via mail-tester.com,But since January 21st, I've been seeing errors " 550 5.7.1 sorry, you have been blacklisted by rule 156"

Blacklisted by rule 156 means their test SMTP checker flagged your server/IP as risky, new IPs can trip filters.

Try this
Go to Spamhaus
Enter your server's public IP.
If listed, follow Spamhaus’s official removal process (link provided on their site — usually automated and quick if it's a new IP).

before January 21, I tested email almost daily via mail-tester.com and score is usually 7-8, then suddenly, the log showed 550 5.7.1

Even if IP or domain names are blacklisted, why doesn't mail-tester.com receive and tell me that IP is included in which list? Now it even refuses to receive email messages from my smtp server. SPF/DKIM and so on have stayed the same.

555 5.7.1 simply means that your IP reputation/domain reputation is f*cked.

Before January 21st, you were fine. Then you got blacklisted.

Mail-tester uses vanilla spam assassin for spam management.

Try https://www.experte.com/spam-checker once too

Is this one accurate? I had a bunch of those checkers tell me my SMTPs were fine while they were clearly spam flagged and vice versa.

I changed a domain name with the suffix .shop, and this domain name is not on any blacklist. IP is on some blacklists, but it was listed by them before January 21. As it turned out, I was still rejected by mail-tester.com.
I will try experte.com, thanks.
Also, for sending email to GI data, some people suggest that use a domain name with the suffix .info, is this necessary or not? I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
