Problem About 2CO

    Hey Friends,

    Just need your ideas to solve the problem I faced with 2checkout. My account was closed and 2co informed me that my pending balance + Chargeback will be released until 90 days.

    I have opened a ticket with them, but their answer was quite short without reasons and unprofessional...

    I think that they shouldn't keep my pending balance which is large amount for me, but they should only keep the chargeback until 90 days. Their Customer service said, we do that to avoid the refund or depute from buyer.

    Since I sign up for an account, I had just sold the items to one buyer with 8 transactions only...

    I asked buyer to acknowledge that he alright received the items, and buyer agree to do that and sent 2co the acknowledgement letter...

    Unfair that they again reply me that all balance can't be released until 90 days...

    So what's the right thing I should do here? Is there any way that I can get the money faster

    That's what their service is all about. They keeps the reserve maybe 7% of the sales which they release after 90 days. Other than that the payment is made every friday I think.
