Probably scammed by user adamache

I was looking for somebody to create me some email accounts and the user "adamache" contacted me in prv and told me he could handle. I added him on skype and we both agreed for the price of 22$ for the project. I sent him 11$ and the other half we agreed to send him when the project would have been completed. He stated that in 12 hours he will finish but since then 2 days have passed and he is offline on Skype, doesn't reply to my emails but i see he enters the forum !!
I have all the necessary proofs of my conversations with him.
I know 11$ its not a large sum but i don't like to waste my time or to send money to poor people and i think all the forum users should know about this guy !

Having all the necessary proofs alone won't be enough. You have to show it to Public. Please post Skype logs/Paypal transaction screenshots along with a link to the member's user profile.

He is not even 1-month old on BHW, and you're not even a week old here probably. What was the need to do money transaction without learning about the dangers of getting scammed?

Now you cannot post links, cannot PM anyone, and have lost money forever probably. IMO, you should have waited another 3-4 months, read about how to do transactions, how not to do private deals (through PMs or emails, and should do only through BST section threads which are less risky), etc. etc. ...

Joining BHW to jump into a money deal straight away has put you in trouble. Now without being able to post/send/PM proofs, your allegations have no grounds to stand and get proper justice. Still, I hope and wish that you get justice somehow...

Thank you for the good advices , i was in a hurry and decided to give him a chance but ended in being scammed , at least i am happy it is a small amount.
I see he got what he deserved but i am sure he will probably create another username and rip somebody else.
