look at JustChilling's guide , it's very in depth
Open a separate instance of FollowLiker. Enable scrape user, scrape photo, and like.
-Scrape User
FLC:username
(Users followers)
-Scrape Photo
FLC:
(Relevant)
Make sure you set your scrape photo limit low because that will be the number of photos you like per users follower. Pay attention to your delays also.

But what should i put under "query"? I cant leave it blank and i dont want to put hashtags because i want to like the pictures from usernames followers.
And is it safe to run multiple instance with one account? I open up one instance for liking, another for following and a third for commenting..

You're welcome.
For scrape user the query is "FLC:username" the query type is "user's followers". For scrape photo the query is "FLC:" the query type is "Relevant". Once you have it setup you can start FollowLiker then go back into the wizard... the scrape photo list should now be populated with the user's follower's pictures that you will be liking.
Yes. Using multiple instance for one account is fairly common practice. I use one for follow or unfollow and one for likes. Commenting I do manually just to be extra safe.

I want to upload this base in follow liker and than my acc follow and like photos of same users ? - how to do that ?

Clear your scraped users box & upload the list in it. Tick follow & like tasks. Make sure you have the scraped followers & followings untick on the bottom since you have a list to follow.
Set your follow setting to your liking.
Set your like settings & import same list in box below. Right click most top user & select 'users photo' as the query. Save. Right click same user & select apply to all (very bottom). Save your setting & hit start.
I'm typing purely from memory. Not by my pc to know exact wording.
