probably asked 100 times, but here I go

Can anyone hook me up with a solid beginners guide/tutorial to scrapebox, SEnukeX, xrumer etc? sort of new to all this so I could really use the help.

I haven't been able to find a good tutorial to all this, but I've heard tons of people making comments about how they do exist somewhere..searching these forums doesn't seemed to have helped either.

Xrumer is going to be harder, since there aren't many free guides out there, but search here on BHW for xrumer and you'll find a few threads explaining how to use it.
