prob noob question but .. videos not posting?

i created a new account and went to upload a video but the video never shows up

tried a couple "new" accounts and some worked .. some didnt

what causes this?

Sometimes it takes a half hour for videos to actually get indexed. Sometimes it takes a full day. Depends on how backed up the servers are. But most the time it takes less than a minute.

are they the same video? Ripped Videos? Unique Videos?

Most likely because the FILE name is the same, change the name (not the format) and use your own title and description and I'm very sure it will work.
