what should I do in this case ?

Im using ibacklinkPro to check my backlinks at the moment.

Have you used any services other than ahrefs? Just wondering how they compare as price is quite steep for ahrefs.

Yeah, Ahrefs just removed their smallest package unfortunately.
You can still use their free version though.
I never used Ibacklinkpro, I will have a look at it but from all tools I checked it - I like Ahrefs the most as it is fast and easy.

Here is my clients Ahrefers LinkGraph.

can you please advise if I am doing something wrong .
Site isn't ranking that well atm.

Yeah, your site is in the line for manual review.
Look at how your backlinks number fluctuates - this can possibly means that a lot of backlinks are removed because they are recognized as spam. You need to build much more quality backlinks and instead of pinging them - build second tier Social Bookmarks to them.

Thank you for the amazing PRO analysis.
I was just wondering the backlinks showing is for one page or the whole site? Are the backlinks of inner pages included there?

Its for whole websites. Subdomains should be treated separately though.
Whole root domain should be treated as one when it comes to backlink profiles.
There is much more to show that affects each page separately, I will mention this in next guide though.

Did you pinged newly created backlinks around 30th?

Awesome post ExtraWinner, however I don't agree with "Lost position - not recovered:" graph:

That's becausae while the graph fluctuations are big, the number of backlinks is too small to be of any real concern. Would've been different if that was in thousands, but fluctuations <10 = not a big concern at all.

Some solid theories and food for thought. Thanks for putting in the effort to share this!

No, I did not do any seo work on that date.

also I did not build backlinks since 13/8 .

Your onsite is any good?
Is it Wordpress?
Do you have good internal linking?

Yeah, but if your onsite is shit, then this is enough to give you headache.
Because of overall number of links being low this user will experience newbie "hurrah" - he will rank with barely any links to second/first page and then out of nowhere he will drop to top100.

One of great guide that i read in BHW.

Why do you select Ahrefs without choosing MajesticSEO?

Quality post, thanks for that.

Signed up for ahrefs - my projects all look pretty good I guess. My competition doesn't, however.. hop they don't stay above me for long. ;)
