But still not getting ranked.

search for your keywords in Bing, Duckduckgo, AOL, etc. I've found that if you're in the top 10 with every other search engine except for Google, you've done a sufficient amount of link-building (just my experience). At this point it probably has more to do with reviews, and other Google factors.
