privatewhois.net, how to use this?

When cheking out some whois i noticed some one was using the details of this company www.privatewhois.net which is a website with only 1 page about there tos.

Zo how can i use this as my own whois details i dont realy get it.

Is there some one who is using this and wants to explain to me?

Can i just fill in there details and thats it?

Your domain registrar sells this as an extra service.

Or just use namecheap. They offer it for free. The product is called whoisguard.
