he mean that there they don't have the offers we use.
Usually on these kind of networks the main offers are CC Submit, the providers of these offers usually scam at some point, so they do the same after or before they do.

They don't pay; it's also a scam. I tested it, and I'm not the only one :) I think you're also part of the team trying to get more victims

well new wave media today constantly shaving as they feel like they are the king right now.. I mean they think people don't have no where to go so they can do anything as they see fit. :D

Why are people still yapping about this network? They won't pay you if they have a network either. Just move on. Use CPAGrip; it's a good network and always pays.

Haha. No.

Just saying that CPAGrip is in a completely different niche than PrivateCPA was.

Finding a network with good converting blanks and VOD offers is hard. PrivateCPA was one of the best until they stopped paying.
 
Come over to OGAds, stop wasting your time on those other networks.
 
About PrivateCPA we have good words, but we were really on the other side, they sent us traffic to our offers, and we were generally happy.

We have also lost contact with them
