bibliotik is one of the top trackers for eBooks. Unfortunately, I don't have an invite.

Most bigger trackers have ebook content, so you don't necessarily need a separate tracker with ebook content exclusively. On IPT i see 21k+ torrents, on TorrentLeech 4k+, on nCore 62k+ in the ebook category. But these are just the torrent files, so not just single ebooks, but bundles, megapacks are also included.
