Private tinyurl script w. password?

I need a script that has these features:
a password because I don't want other people using it
I must be able to chose the url after .com/
and I need to it to be double meta refresh, or both (choosable)

I'll do my research too but if anyone knows about a good script that you can install on your server so you don't have to log in to the god damn cpanel every time then please tell me/us about it.

This sounds simple enough to code in php why not try to code it?

or you could use my service ( offurl.com ) ... will have blanking / faking refferer function in a few days... just put BHW as your lastname
