Hello All,

I am looking for some advice on where to find decent, reasonably priced static residential or ISP proxies for the USA and/or UK. I need user/pass authentication and SOCKS4/5 protocol. Ideally looking for Verizon IP's.

Budget $3-6/IP.

Have you tried Mobile proxies. You can have them rotate the IP.

Alternatively, static ISP Data Center proxies would work well i.e. Comcast, Verizon etc.

No residential/ISP proxy are truly static - the IPs change when you restart the hardware (in case of mobile proxies, these are real cell phones). You should try expanding your search to high quality 4G mobile proxies - they are more useful than other types of proxies.
