According to Scrapebox support "if the IP is the same as your real IP it fails".
I tested my private proxies using aliveproxy proxy checker and my IP is not visible according to that site. However, all proxies (my private ones as well as public ones all of which got marked as Google "PASSED" in Scrapebox) are failing the IP test in Scrapebox (Google: 200, IP Test: Failed IP test, Speed: IP visible). Any clues would be greatly appreciated. Scrapebox support will look into this further if others are experiencing this issue as well, so please reply here if you are with details. Thanks!

are u using the new ip checker or the old one ?
i use the old one .

edit - be advised dont ever use public proxies to
post with - why ? - 80% are transparent and
will leak your ip - there only good for scraping

cant speak for private ones though

That's the solution right there. In the Options menu, make sure you de-select Use New Proxy Harvester. Then test your private proxies again. Mine worked...FINALLY!

The test is simply a google query for the word test.

If scrapebox gets a 302 redirect from google it will mark the proxy as fail.

There would be 2 reasons for a 302 redirect ... 1) the proxy is banded and the user must enter a captcha to continue or 2) the proxy is not in the USA and google redirects the user to the google version for where the proxy resides - stupid fail if you ask me.

-or- The ip address is in scrapeboxes black list

-or- The proxy is down or asking for authentication

-or- The proxy is overloaded and the connection timed out

-or- The proxy belongs to the CoDeen network

Ever since I updated to v.1.15.6 I am no longer experiencing any problems.
:)
