want to if there any why to find out that the user is browsing via private proxy's ? i mean i want to difference between real ip and private ip ? is private proxy is like real proxy like we have our static proxy ?

there is another criteria too, an anonymous and transparent private proxy, the former being more stealth.

if you own a website and have the right software you can detect visitors or who use proxies. all proxies have static ips, vpns are dyanmic

Just use ARIN and look up the IPs. They'll tell you who they're registered to. Then just look them up and see if they're a residential ISP, or a data center. If the person has registered the IPs personally it might be a little bit different, but you should be able to get a decent idea if you're just trying to find out about a couple. If you meant is there a way to automate this, or do it w/o interacting, look into the headers. There's identifiers there sometimes that will help as well.
