Private Proxy with Confusing Location Address for PayPal

Hi everybody. I bought a private proxy to use for a stealth PayPal account because it seems much cheaper than a virtual private server. My private proxy shows a google Canada home page and yet tracemyip..org traces it's location to California. Is this quite unusual and should I ask my service provider to change it. If not which location should I use for a home address when I look for one on Google maps. I don't want to be troubled looking for social insurance numbers and the like. Thanks.

Should be fine I made a stealth account before from SLO and I used NL proxy and everything was fine.

Have you checked other IP tracing sites? If it bothers you that it doesn't show the exact location then you really should contact support to give you a more appropriate proxy location. (my NL proxy is detected as some other on google but if I search on duckduckgo it shows the correct proxy location).

Thanks, I actually got the right location when I used a different IP locating site.

Check ip with other tools, may be it can create a prob
