Recently I have started to look both into VPN and Proxy Providers. I will be needing a personal private proxy that is fast, reliable, high bandwidth and *preferably* a static IP address, monthly changes would be ok. The ability to torrent with this private proxy would be a bonus, I will mainly be using this to play a certain MMO.
I am also looking into a reliable VPN for a friend to play an upcoming MMO that has IP location restrictions.
