Private Proxy providers that has proxies able to work in China?

Ive been trying to find proxy providers who has been able to issue me proxies that work in China. However, after purchasing them, most of them still does not work. Most of these private proxies are located in the US. So my question is, is there a proxy service provider that provides proxies that are able to work in China?

PS: Im using the proxies to run a Youtube bot. As a lot of you know, youtube is blocked by the chinese government. The only way im getting to use youtube is through a astrills VPN service. For the youtube bot, ill be using roughly 50 private proxies, but when i run them through, most of them does not work saying its closed by the remote host...?
