You'll need servers but it would be way more cost efficient if you bought one.

When you use private or shared proxies for spamming, web mailing or other illegal activities
then google banned the ip on the search engine,

most proxies will be listed on spam ip sites unless they are virgin proxies
never used by anyone b4, most regular private proxies have at some point been
used by some1 so where activities will always be there to find...........
no listed no black listed proxies = virgin proxies, anyone trying to sell you those
for a $ they aint virgin proxies.

the private proxy also may be blacklisted,for before user spam the ip. For virgin proxies i usually use proxykey that proxy really stable,the disadvantage is the price.you can check the detail of it.
