Buy more proxies. Most will be annoyed if changing proxies more than once a month.

I don't know any proxy providers that are going to mess around with 10 private proxies and change them all the time for you. You'll need to purchase a 30 day supply.

if you need 100 ips you have to buy 100 proxies.

first, for youtube you need dedicated private proxies...
I do not think you will find on BHW what are you looking for, to be able to change your ip every-time you want with a click ...
you are talking about something like HMA, but hma ips are not good for youtube ...
you must thinking in getting more then 1 proxy, and change them monthly after payment ...

so, you are looking to use them for top rated comments ...
think at how many ips you need monthly, then order the number of ips from your proxy provider and after the next due date, ask for a proxy change !
also keep in mind, that proxies for top rated comments are hard to find ...

HMA can do what you want but it doesnt guarantee a good result. whether you will need it for just a minute or days, if you need a good proxy you really need to wait for 30days before renewing it.
try HMA if the output satisfy you then stay with it but if not, you need to buy good proxies and wait for 30 days.

all hma IPS are shared between their users... the success rate for top rated comments its maybe 0.1%
i don't think that you will find what you are looking for here

You're never going to find what you're lookin for with a private proxy provider period. You're essentially asking them to let you access all of their ips. Most proxy providers are going to have a set amount of static ips. Let's say they have a pool of 5,000. Then they can set aside 'x' amount for private proxies that won't be shared, and then have a set of proxies that will be shared amongst users who buy the shared package. Their ips won't change unless they trade with another provider. So to let you burn through them all like that is not only ridiculous, but also bad business. You have to think about this from both sides and understand where the sellers are coming from. How in the world would that be at all beneficial or profitable. If you want huge pools that will rotate and change ips that often you'll need to rent a botnet or proxies created from one.
