Private Proxies - Where do you need them ?

I am about to expand to more locations, it was requested frequently and I am now asking YOU guys where you require proxies most.
I can only pick a few locations to get better prices and reduce the total investment.

Please consider: Locations are not to be used for spam (scrapebox,xrumer,prstorm) or scam. So please only make choices if you are into 100% legal business.

For example, I'd be interested if you care about the city or mainly about the country (so any CA location or do people look for specific locations in CA)

Possible locations:
Freemont, CA
Los Angeles, CA
Sacrametno, CA
San Francisco, CA
Las Vegas, NV
Dallas, TX
Denver, CO
Atlanta, GA
Chicago, IL
New York, NY
Seattle, WA

UK, don't care about the city (nearly all datacenters seem to be in/near London anyway).
