Private Pay Per Install Networks

I don't expect much feedback from this post but I'm just putting it out there.

I am looking for a private network that does pay per install. Once my method is set up I can push large amounts of traffic. I don't want to discuss what I am doing publicly.

If you know of one and want to chat pop me a PM. I'm happy to discuss my method with anyone who can help. It's nothing new, I'm just able to achieve it better than most. I do a lot of low level stuff so that may give you an idea on what I'm doing. Communications via Telegram only.

I've been out of the pay per install game a while and the networks I used to use have shut down.
