Private file directory - ASAP !

I'm looking for a freelance who could set up a private file directory where people can access images/music/videos and download them.

This website is meant for Media people and if there could be possible to install some nice neat looking user-friendly interface.


The important is that it is possible to create the account - Username and password.

You can just setup a password protected directory on your website and then either toss the files in sub folders OR setup some web pages with a list.

... You could also prob. use Joomla or another CMS or a WP based membership site.
